XP- 61 is an advanced high emissivity, thin film, spray applied ceramic coating specifically formulated to provide external abrasion resistance and corrosion protection of both carbon and stainless steel boiler tubing while increasing thermal efficiency.
XP61 - C
XP61-C is an advanced high emissivity, thin film, spray applied ceramic boiler coating that has been specifically formulated to provide external corrosion and abrasion resistance while increasing thermal efficiency. Efficiency is accomplished by increasing thermal transfer of the process tubing while also retarding tenacious slagging and scaling.
XP 61-S is a single component thin film ceramic coating specifically engineered to provide external corrosion protection while providing high surface lubricity and sliding abrasion resistance on both carbon and stainless steel boiler tubing. XP61-S has been formulated to retard tenacious slag build up on boiler water walls and to reduce fouling in the generating sections of coal fired utility boilers. XP61-S is also recommended as a top coat over XP61 or thermal sprayed coatings in areas of aggressive erosion such as soot blower lanes or burners.
Fireside-SG is a single component ceramic coating specifically engineered to provide increased thermal conductivity in gas fired boilers and fired heaters. This coating can be applied on both carbon and stainless steel boiler and furnace tubing.
Fireside-SG has been used to retard tenacious slag build up on coal fired boilers and can prevent scale formations in gas fired furnaces and heaters. The SG coating can also be used to prevent fouling in high temperature generating sections of biomass and coal fired utility boilers.
